About the company
Valuing the spirit we have inherited, we will continue to carefully build the future.
As of July 1, 2024, I have assumed the position of Representative Director.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported River Industry over the years.
Our company began as a painting business and now marks its 73rd anniversary.
After expanding into work such as partial assembly of televisions and stereos, we eventually shifted to specializing in plating.
At that time, with the guidance of our client, Nippon Columbia Co., Ltd., we rebuilt our equipment, chemicals, and management system from the ground up, laying the foundation we stand on today.
The zinc plating process we handle is the final “finishing” step applied to materials.
Especially in Japan, where climate and environmental conditions are severe and protection against iron corrosion is essential, this role remains as important as ever—and will continue to be required into the future.
At the same time, the environment surrounding manufacturing—industrial structures, business relationships, and technological demands—is gradually changing.
In such circumstances, I believe my role is to keep building on the foundations laid so far, while also looking toward new relationships and possibilities.
As someone who has inherited the business, my first responsibility is to preserve the trust built through our approach to work.
Beyond that, I intend to gradually add the perspectives and methods needed for the times ahead.
By accumulating small changes, I hope to steadily prepare River Industry for the future.
I humbly ask for your continued guidance and support.
